Do you offer in store pick-up?

**NOTE: At the moment we do not currently offer in store pick-up**

How long until your order is shipped?

We pride ourselves on fast shipping. All catalog items are off the shelf items which will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. Custom ordered/designed parts ship times will vary dependent upon the requirements and size. This lead time will be supplied on a Covalo Industries generated quote.

Who will be your carrier?

Our primary carriers are UPS and USPS, but we do use DHL when needed.

Returns

Please email Customer Service at info@covalomotion.com for any claim(s) which include:

  • Incorrect item
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Incorrect specifications
  • Missing item
  • Damaged item

Upon receiving your email we will file a claim and investigate the issue. We apologize in advance for the complication and assure you our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Order Changes

If you need to change an order which has already been placed please contact Customer Service at info@covalomotion.com. Orders can be changed based on the time to ship. This may require a new lead time or partial shipping option.

Taxes

Will sales taxes be charged on orders?

We charge sales tax per your billing addressed state. You will see the sales tax charge added to your total during checkout. If you are tax-exempt, please info@covalomotion.com directly to place your order (we will require a valid resale or tax exemption certificate).
